Cancellation Policy

Introduction WHS Guardian provides comprehensive WHS services to help businesses maintain a safe and compliant work environment. This policy outlines the procedures for booking these services. Booking Process Clients can request a WHS service through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Required Information: Business name and address. Contact person and their details. Preferred dates and times for the inspection. Any specific areas of concern or focus for the inspection. Confirmation: Once the request is received, WHS Guardian will confirm the booking within 48 hours. A confirmation email will be sent, detailing the date, time, and inspector assigned to the service. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled inspection. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a fee. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment without incurring a fee if the request is made at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a fee. Payment Terms Payment is due in full at time of booking, if WHS Guardian cannot provide the booked service a refund will be issued as fast as possible via Stripe.
