Cancellation Policy
At WHS Guardian, we aim to provide timely and accurate medico-legal testing services. This policy outlines the procedures and requirements for booking medico-legal tests to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved. Booking Process 1. Booking Requests: All booking requests for medico-legal testing must be submitted through our official website (www.whs.org.au) or via our customer service line. 2. Required Documentation: - A valid court order must be provided at the time of booking. - All relevant personal identification and case details must be included in the booking request. 3. Confirmation: - Once the booking request and required documentation are received, WHS Guardian will confirm the booking within 48 hours. - A confirmation email will be sent, detailing the date, time, and location of the testing. Cancellation and No-Show Policy 1. Cancellations: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of up to 30% of the total service cost. 2. No-Shows and Incomplete Documentation: - Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment or do not provide the required court order at the time of testing will be billed up to 30% of the total service cost. 3. Rescheduling: - Clients may reschedule their appointment without incurring a fee if the request is made at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled time. - Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of up to 30% of the total service cost. Payment Terms 1. Invoices: - Invoices will be issued upon completion of the testing or in the event of a cancellation/no-show. - Payment is due within 7 days of the testing date. 2. Late Payments: - Late payments may incur additional fees up to 20% as outlined in our terms and conditions. - Persistent late payments may result in the suspension of future services until the outstanding balance is settled.
